Harbor mansions are spectacular multi-story homes—the largest to date—offering breathtaking ocean or bay views, multiple bedrooms, and several balconies.
These expansive buildings will serve as storage for players, featuring bedrooms, fish and seafood processing areas, as well as a storage floor with the capacity for up to four rentable chest spaces per home.
These spaces can be made accessible to other players, enabling them to easily access their inventory at harbor location and deposit their goods.
The Harbor home owner has the option to permit up to four players to open the storage door and store their goods.
Harbor homeowners will also receive a processing table for fish and seafood, transforming raw catches into ready-to-eat food items. Envision the delight of fresh-cooked lobster tails and turtle soups made from Carl's meat!
And last but certainly not least, a delightful perk of owning a Harbor Mansion is the exclusive opportunity to be the first to establish your property within the very first harbor on the Isle of Mull—the inaugural mainstream island of the Avalon archipelago!
In final game release players can progressively upgrade their Harbor Mansion from levels 1 to 5, expanding their chest size, enhancing visuals, increasing the number of rentable storage chests available to other players, and even adding quests on their balconies.
Here is the list of items that spawn inside the harbor mansions:
5x Wood
5x Metal Ore
10x Salted Fish
10x Cooked Salmon
Bag of Salt ( used to process raw meats)
10x Chef's Meat
1 Linen ( used to manufacture ship sails and character clothing)
The Harbor Mansions are limited to 8 per harbor, and only 24 will be released in total for both alpha and beta.
