How To Get It
The helmet can be obtained at the "Shop of Horrors," a seasonal popup store situated at the Inquisitor's Palace. However, to make a purchase from the merchant, you must first acquire 200 conjured candies, which can be collected by defeating bosses in Avalon's raids.
Use Case
The Headless Horseman Helmet unlocks the entrance to the Graveyard Crypt; legends speak of the Lich King being buried within the dungeons of the crypt.

Only players wearing the helmet can pass through the gate to and from the crypt. If you lose the helmet or damage it while inside the crypt, you risk being buried forever alongside the Lich King.
